• Disclaimer (Terms & Conditions): You are at least 18 years of age, healthy and in fairly fit condition, so you’ve got the necessary fitness to run slowly for at least six kilometers (for miles)! Participation is at your own risk, each participant is responsible for his/her health and the compliance with traffic regulations. For damages to your health the organizer accepts no liability.
• The tour and the date are valid as soon as you received our confirmation by e-mail or, if last-minute, by telephone. The prices are, if not already paid via PayPal, to pay in advance in cash against receipt.
• Right of withdrawal: The customer can cancel the contract/booking within two weeks (14 days) in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) without stating any reasons. The term begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before contract conclusion. The timely dispatch of your cancellation is sufficient for compliance with the revocation term. Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the service (SightRunning) has been carried out with your consent already.
